Orders are shipped twice per week.

During holiday periods, vacation times, or public holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times provided on this website are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, postal services, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, A Message in a Poppy no longer has control over the delivery process.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or delivery services after dispatch.

5. Customs & Import Charges
