3. Orders & Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible via email or the contact page.
Orders can only be cancelled before the order has been processed. Once an order has entered processing or preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of incorrect information, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price applied to the order.

5. Shipping, Processing & Customs
Orders are shipped twice per week.
During holidays, vacation periods, or public holidays, shipping and processing times may be extended.
Orders are processed depending on the availability of materials. If certain materials are temporarily unavailable, we will make every reasonable effort to process and ship the order as soon as possible once materials are available.
Once an order has been shipped, A Message in a Poppy no longer has control over the delivery process. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal or delivery services after dispatch.
Delivery times provided are estimates only.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs procedures.
